Simple Egg Curry


Ingredients :



Boiled Eggs - 4

Onions - 2

Tomato - 2

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbl spoons

Red chilli powder - 2 tbl spoons

Coriander/dhania powder - 2 tbl spoons

Turmeric powder

Salt - 1 to 1 1/2 tbl spoon

Oil - 4 tbl spoons

Coriander leaves



Procedure :



1. Hard boil eggs, remove the shell and keep aside . Take pan and heat oil - 1 tbl spoon and keep turmeric powder in that and fry eggs and take it out.



2. Now add still more oil - 3tbl spoons and heat oil and keep chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and fry for few minutes .



3. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for few minutes . Then add eggs along with red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt . Add little water and Cook the curry until the oil separates .


4. Then garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
